Come stay at an isolated beach to enjoy true serenity with friends and family.  St Joe Beach is in an area of the emerald coast that doesn't have crowded beaches.

This rental house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.  The main level has a screened in deck area.  The upper deck has two direct exits from the bedrooms and a gorgeous view of the Ocean! The house is directly behind Shipwreck Raw Bar.

You must be 25 to rent this property and no house parties are allowed. 

Pets are considered on a case by case basis.  The per pet fee is $75.  Please do not book without prior approval for the pet. No more than two pets are considered. Youtube TV and Disney Plus are included.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
