You must be 25 to rent this property and no house parties are allowed. 

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis.  The per pet fee is $75.  Please do not book without prior approval for the pet. No more than two pets are considered. Youtube TV and Disney Plus are included.

The town of St. Joe is a 15 minute drive to the East. This town has multiple restaurant options available including seafood, Mexican, Italian and Chinese.
Panama city beach is a 45 minute drive to the West. This beach has all the attractions, shopping and restaurants associated with a large beach town.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
